Victorville Man Mistaken for Convicted Felon–Again

Jimmie Williams of Victorville is a truck driver and father of two who shares his first name, surname and birthdate with a convicted felon. That has led to cases of mistaken identity and rough treatment at the hands of law enforcement that the Victorville Williams says go back to 2006. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2018.
