Video Captures Two Cars Fatally Hitting Cyclist

A woman was hit by a car while riding her bicycle in Van Nuys, then another car hit her while she was down. Surveillance video captured the collisions and the cars driving off without rendering aid. Angie Crouch reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017.
