Woman Attacked in Attempted Sexual Assault Speaks Out

A woman who was attacked during a sexual assault in Van Nuys speaks out for the first time. The victim fought off her attacker as pedestrians and motorists passed by without going to her aid. Adrian Arambulo reports for the NBC4 News at 11 on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2017.
