Woman Found Naked Allegedly Burns Down RV

A woman was taken to the hospital on a mental health hold after she allegedly burned down an RV and was then found naked outside the vehicle. Only days earlier, the woman had been in an armed standoff with police. Kim Baldonado reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017.
