1 of 2 bodies identified in deadly Sylmar house fire

One of two people killed in a house fire that set off ammunition in Sylmar early Sunday morning was identified as 68-year-old Phyllis Ann Patterson. Police have not identified the second victim or the cause of the fire. Tracey Leong reports for the NBC4 News on Dec. 4, 2023.
