13 Dead in DC Navy Shooting

Thirteen people are dead, including the suspected gunman, following a shooting rampage at the Washington Navy Yard, just blocks from Capitol Hill. Police identified the alleged gunman as Aaron Alexis, 34, a former Navy reservist. Robert Kovacik reports for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2013.
