Commuter Group on 405 Project: “Enough is Enough”

Completion of the massive construction project to widen the San Diego (405) Freeway has been pushed back at least a year. Officials say the utility work in moving Sepulveda Boulevard east has been more complex than expected, and commuters have formed a group to urge Metro to speed up the process.
