47 Treated After Police Use Pepper Spray

A female police officer used pepper spray to break up a fight between two girls at Narbonne High School, witnesses said. Nearly 50 patients were treated for respiratory and eye irritation. Lolita Lopez reports from Harbor City for the NBC4 News at Noon on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012.
