Immigration Bill Authors Share Perspective on Reform

Two of the co-authors who penned an immigration reform bill spoke about their plan at a forum at USC Tuesday. Arizona Sen. John McCain and Colorado Sen. Michael Bennet talked about their proposals that applicants pay a fee, have no outstanding taxes or convictions, and would not be eligible for federal benefits until permanent status is achieved.
