From Site of LA Riots to Hospital: “Seemed Like it Took Forever”

Titus Murphy says the three-mile trek from Florence and Normandie felt like “it took forever” when he and three strangers were trying to get a badly-beaten Reginald Denny to the hospital. The windshield of Denny’s truck was shattered, so Murphy hung off the side of the truck and directed another man as he drove.
