Anaheim City Council to Vote on Police Body Cameras

A vote that would dramatically change how police activity is recorded is set to go before the Anaheim City Council Tuesday, where members will have to decide whether or not to approve funding for officer body cameras. Vikki Vargas reports for NBC4 News at 6 p.m. from Anaheim Monday, Sept. 8, 2014.
