11-Year-Old Girl Among Victims of Alleged “Serial Rapist”: Police

A third woman has come forward saying a Redondo Beach man attacked her, and police have revealed that an 11-year-old girl is among the man’s alleged victims. Hetty Chang reports from Gardena for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on March 18, 2013.
