LAPD Chief “Seriously Concerned” Over Woman's Alleged Rough Arrest

Attorney Sy Nazif says Michelle Jordan “made some unwise moves,” but none that warranted LAPD officers to throw his client on the pavement head first. Surveillance video from a nearby fast-food restaurant captured the alleged rough arrest, which has sparked an internal use of force investigation.
