Arrest in Deadly Hit and Run

A woman was hit by a car while riding her bicycle in Van Nuys, then another car hit her while she was down. Surveillance video captured the collisions and the cars driving off without rendering aid. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News on Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017.
