Arrest Made in Torrance Sexual Assault Case

Police say a man who was caught on camera walking away after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman who was walking her dogs in Torrance is now in custody. Alex Rozier reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2022.
