At Least 19 of 28 Injured in Fireworks Explosion in Stable Condition

Nineteen of 28 people who were injured at a Fourth of July fireworks explosion were treated at Simi Valley Hospital. The others were at other area hospitals. Those hurt ranged from 8 to 78 years old after fireworks exploded prematurely and shot into the crowd. A viewer captured the incident on video.
