At Least One Dead, Two Missing in Storm Basin

Rescue crews were called tp Ontario Tuesday morning after multiple people were swept away by fast moving water. Firefighters quickly got to the flood channel that they ended up floating down. Tony Shin reported for the NBC4 News on Nov. 8, 2022.
