Baby Vanessa Custody Battle

The fight over the adoption of the toddler known as Baby Vanessa is still in limbo. The custody case went to the California Court of Appeals, but today the judges asked both sides to file more legal briefs. NBC 4?S Jennifer Bjorklund has an update on the case.
