Back-Of-The-House Restaurant Workers Get Support During COVID Pandemic
It’s been almost a year now that we first introduced you to the two bartenders who started a non-profit to make sure the back-of-the-house staff was taken care of during the restaurant closures. These are the dishwashers, busboys, and cooks, a huge portion of the LA hospitality industry who were left struggling in part because of their legal status.
