Banning Unveils New Surveillance Cameras

The 12 surveillance cameras have night vision technology and they’re positioned at an intersection and two different parks. The idea of installing the cameras came up two years ago after a 13-year-old girl was raped in broad daylight at a playground. But some residents say the cameras are an invasion of privacy.
