Bell 6 Corruption Trial Juror Excused for Misconduct

Five former city council members and Bell’s ex-mayor were charged with misappropriation of public funds. On Thursday a juror in their case was replaced. Patrick Healy reports for the NBC4 News at Noon on Feb. 28, 2013.
