Body of Man Found in Burned SUV ID'd

The body of Christopher Waters, 42, of Long Beach, was found in a burned-out sport utility vehicle in Rancho Palos Verdes. His stepmother stop NBC4 the last she knew, her stepson did not have a car, so it’s unclear whose SUV it could’ve been. Jane Yamamoto reports for the NBC4 News at 11p.m. on April 24, 2013.
