Business Owners, Taxpayers Weigh in on Measure A

If Measure A passes, LA’s city sales tax will jump to 9.5 percent — one of the highest rates in the nation. All of the top five mayoral candidates oppose Measure A. However, those in favor of the measure say it is the best way to get the city out of its financial trouble. Angie Crouch reports from Exposition Park for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on March 5, 2013.
