CA Supreme Court to Decide Officers' Privacy

After names were withheld in a case where a man was fatally shot by Long Beach Police officers, the California Supreme Court is deciding whether or not making officer names available in cases like this. Hetty Chang reports from Long Beach for NBC4 News at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014.
