California Issues Travel Advisory Ahead of Thanksgiving

COVID-19 infection rates are spiking across the state and also across the country, all of it ahead of the Thanksgiving weekend. State officials are now urging people to quarantine if they travel out of state. Michelle Valles reports for the NBC4 News on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020.
