California's Aging Levee System Could Crumble in Quake

Almost a third of Southern California’s drinking water comes from 300 miles away in an area between San Fransisco and Sacramento known as the Delta. Carolyn Johnson reports for the NBC4 News at 11 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2015.
