Car Plowing into Moreno Valley Home Startles Neighbors

The sound of a car plowing into a Moreno Valley home early Thursday morning “sounded like a bomb blowing up,” said a neighbor. The driver was arrested as he fled the scene. Adrian Arambulo reports for NBC4 News at Noon on Thursday, May 12, 2016.
