Car Slams Through Restaurant Wall During Sylmar Street Takeover Gone Wrong

Security camera footage captured a car smashing through the wall of a restaurant during a street takeover. But after months of races and takeovers in the nearby intersection, the owners of the restaurant say they knew something of the kind would happen.
