Caught on Camera: Hit-and-Run Drivers Strike Teen

Surveillance video released Tuesday, March 4, 2014, shows a 14-year-old girl trying to dodge cars at 17th and Bristol streets in Santa Ana. First, she is struck by a red pick-up truck, and the driver speeds away. She is then struck again by a black car. Warning: This video contains graphic images.
