Caught on Video: Water Pipe Break Inside Target

A broken pipe in a Westwood Target caused flooding inside the store Friday morning as water poured from the ceiling. The leak was shut off after about two hours after an estimated 2,00 gallons of water spilled into the store in the 10000 block of Weyburn Avenue.
