Child Playing With Lighter Likely Sparked Condo Blaze

A mother and her child Injured in a condo fire in San Juan Capistrano are fighting for their lives. A 3-year-old was killed in the blaze, which was likely started by a child playing with a lighter. Kathy Vara reports for the NBC4 News at 5 and 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015.
