Chino Hills Powerball Winner Comes Forward

After six months of waiting, the winning couple of the Powerball came forward to claim their 327.8 million dollar prize at the Chino Hills 7-Eleven they bought the ticket from. The owners of the convenience store have something to celebrate too: they get one million dollars. Vikki Vargas reports for the NBC4 News at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
