Chiquita Canyon landfill expansion proposal blocked

The Chiquita Canyon landfill has been denied a request to expand. This a small win for the people who live near the landfill – some who have been suffering from headaches, nausea, nosebleeds and asthma attacks because of the toxic chemicals coming from Chiquita Canyon.
