Colby Fire Burn Areas Battle Mud, Debris Flow

Emergency crews in Glendora and Azusa battled flood conditions and mudslides as heavy rain caused mud to flow through neighborhood streets, entering homes in areas that had been placed under evacuation orders on Thursday.
