Community Outraged After Man Found Hanging From Tree

Robert Fuller was found hanging from a tree not far from Palmdale City Hall, and his death was deemed a suicide. However, his family doesn’t believe that explanation. Gordon Tokumatsu reports for the NBC4 News at 4 p.m. Friday June 12, 2020.
