Sand Fire Continues to Rage as Firefighters Work to Contain to Flames

Residents continue to evacuate as over 37,000 acres have been burned in the Sand Fire and only 25 percent of the fire has been contained. The body found in a burned out car has been identified as Robert Bresnick, 67, a man who apparently refused to evacuate the area.
