Costa Mesa Mural Honors Frontline Workers and Dolly Parton

A 50-foot by 20-foot mural was unveiled dedicated to the community of frontline workers and Dolly Parton in honor of her generous $1M contribution to help fund the development of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine. NBC4 News reports at 11 p.m. on March 13, 2021.
