Crews begin building fence around graffiti-covered towers in DTLA

A protective fence is being built around the graffiti-covered Oceanwide Plaza towers in downtown LA as a part of the city council’s $1.1 million in initial funding for measures to address the defaced skyscrapers. Macy Jenkins reports for the NBC4 News on Feb. 23, 2024.
