Cudahy City Officials Arrested for Corruption

Councilman Osvaldo Conde, City Manager Angel Perales, and Mayor David Silva, all working for the city of Cudahy were arrested Friday morning on federal bribery charges. The three men were charged with soliciting and accepting cash bribes totaling $17,000 dollars to support the opening of a medical marijuana dispensary in their city.
