Man Who Was Shot at by Immigration Official in Anaheim Angry Over Mistaken Identity

Daniel Noriega says he was “shocked” and “scared” in December when a federal immigration official shot at him in Anaheim. An investigation is under way in what appears to be a case of mistaken identity. Officials were looking for Noriega’s girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend, an alleged drug dealer, Noriega said.
