Department of Child and Family Services Under Scrutiny for Child's Death

The death of Palmdale boy Gabriel Fernandez, who was under the protection of DCFS, has sparked the scrutiny of politicians in both the Antelope Valley and the City of Los Angles. Gabriel’s mother and boyfriend are now charged with murder. Patrick Healy reports from Downtown LA for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on June 25, 2013.
