Dept. of Justice Releases Bulger Surveillance Video

According to the Department of Justice, this is “video footage of FBI Top Ten Fugitive, James J. Bulger, at the Lancaster Street Garage and Howard Johnsons in 1980 in Boston, Massachusetts. Video provided by Massachusetts State Police, a partner in the FBI Bulger Fugitive Task Force.”
