Día de los Muertos Celebration at Grand Park

November 1st is known as Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead in Latino culture. It’s a day to celebrate those who have passed on. And, many are attending an exhibit at Grand Park in Downtown L.A. Kim Baldonado reports on the NBC4 News at 3pm on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
