Displaced street vendors make plea to LA City Council

Over one dozen displaced street vendors from El Salvador Corridor appeared before the LA City Council on Wednesday asking for a solution after the city took legal action against the landlord of Two Guys Plaza, who used to rent the parking lot to street vendors.
