Dog Lovers Lashing Out Against Hawthorne PD for Dog Shooting

Video of a Hawthorne Police officer shooting a dog while arresting the owner has gone viral since the incident occurred Sunday. The police department has been inundated with phone calls from dog lovers expressing their anger. Angie Crouch reports from Hawthorne for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on July 2, 2013.
