Domestic Abuse Counselors Outraged Over Ray Rice Beating Video

Domestic abuse counselors are outraged over the Ray Rice video that shows him punching his then-fiancee out cold to the ground in an Atlantic City elevator earlier this year and say it should serve as a catalyst for people to listen to victims and take their stories seriously.
