Donald Sterling To Hand Over Team to His Wife

Donald Sterling will surrender his ownership of the Los Angeles Clippers to his wife Rochelle Sterling, sources tell NBC News. Rochelle Sterling has been meeting with NBA officials to sell the team quickly, sources said. Patrick Healy reports live from Staples Center for the NBC4 News at Noon.
