25 Dogs Seized From Torrance Home Overcrowds Shelter

Over a dozen dogs that were rescued from deplorable conditions at a Torrance home are now at an animal shelter, but that has posed a big problem because of overcrowding. Angie Crouch reports for the NBC4 News at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2016.
