Dozens of Stolen Bikes Returned to Owners

Dozens of bicycles stolen from carports in Santa Monica were reunited with their rightful owners Saturday. Police caught a single serial thief after he left fingerprints on a bike frame. Ted Chen reports for the NBC4 News at 4:30 p.m. on June 22, 2013.
