Dozens of trees in Ventura County infected with citrus-killing disease

The state of California has issued a quarantine in Ventura County for citrus trees infected with a deadly bacterial disease called huanglongbing, or citrus greening. The bacterial disease has not appeared in commercial growers, but backyard growers are encouraged to not exchange citrus fruits or branches.
